Poles need new cord, still usable. This is a cheap and quick fix. ($50) (1) Kelty Zen tent. Includes: rain fly, footprint, tent stakes, poles and storage sack.  The tent has zipper issues, but otherwise is a great one person tent. ($20) Primus ETA lite stove (similar to Jet Boil) - Includes: box, stove, pot, pot holder, stand and hanging cord. ($20) (2) Sleep Cell sleeping bags, rated to 25/degrees F. In great condition, barely used. Purchased from Costco 5-6 years ago. ($20/pair) (1) Therma-rest sleeping pad. Old version of base camp model. ($5) All for $100.
