Join us in Harrisburg to put Medical Freedom on the ballot! #PA HB2013 Children's Health Defense of PA is proud to support HB2013! Want medical freedom? This is important and worth taking a day off! Health intervention mandates, like a vaccine mandate, shut down debate and trample the doctor patient relationship. Medical mandates leads to discrimination based on medical status.A one size fits all should never be a part of any medical intervention.Mandating liability-free products is a recipe for unaccountable harm Exemptions such as religious and medical are being widely denied by businesses, colleges and the public sector.HB 2013 is extremely important. It would put on the ballot a constitutional amendment to guarantee our “Medical Freedom”. It must be passed by the legislature (House and Senate) twice to be on the ballot for the election in May of next year. The governor cannot veto it. If passed by the voters, no longer would anyone, public or private, be able to legally ‘bully’ others into taking any type of medical treatment, including face masks. We will meet in the Main Rotunda of the Capitol Building (see photo below). Wear your CHD T-Shirt or something similar, but nothing political. This is not a rally, but a press conference. So the atmosphere will be more subdued, but still enthusiastic. We will have information table in the East Wing Rotunda, next to the cafeteria. Also, you can help distribute literature to the various house offices, as well. Please, register, so we can be more organized.
