Spend your Saturday morning with Dani and Lou, they will get your day started with a killer movement class. After you’ve sweat off Friday nights drinks, check out all the local vendors and wellness activities we have to offer at Move & Groove Miami. Stop by IV on Command for a boost of vitamins and minerals or grab a delicious vegan cookie from Bites by Francesca. Come for our movement class on the beautiful lawn of Casa Florida at Selina Miami River and stay for the shopping, wellness activities and last but certainly not least, the delicious brunch by Chef Jason Hudanish!
