Dr. Lynne Marshall’s growing dental practice in Bourne, MA is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join a close-knit team. We are a general dentistry practice serving all ages and demographics. We operate a busy office and always strive to offer our patients the highest standards of care. The ideal candidate will be organized, friendly, and able to multitask well. We are a paperless, digital practice. We use Dentrix software. Responsibilities Collect medical and dental histories from patientsChart dental conditions based on Dr. Marshall's observations and evaluationsTake X-rays of patients' teethPerform dental hygiene services and procedures, including dental prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and fluoride applicationsComplete a thorough assessment of the patient's teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues, and document any abnormalities or suspected conditionsTurn rooms over in between patientsMaintain HIPAA compliant patient confidentiality Skills & Qualifications Dental Hygiene degree required Current state license requiredKnowledge of Dentrix software a plus, but not requiredExcellent communication skillsAvailability to work Thursdays and Fridays Part-time Schedule Thursdays 8am-5pmFridays 8am-1pm
