The full position description is available on the WLCN Facebook page. Qualified applicants should send their resume/references to [email protected] Job Overview Wilde Lake Children’s Nursery, a cooperative preschool, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, full-time Lead Teacher/Director for the 2022-2023 school year. WLCN is a dynamic learning environment that focuses on play-based learning, parent involvement, and small class sizes for children ages 2-4 years. In addition to teaching the 2-, 3-, and 4-year-old classes, the Lead Teacher/Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the preschool, cultivating the students’ interest in education and development. Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Lead Teacher/Director administers the educational program, supervises the teaching staff, and oversees the use and maintenance of the equipment and facilities.
