Man Found Dead Beside Interstate 15 In Temecula

TEMECULA, CA — A citizen was walking near Intestate 15 Thursday when he spotted a dead man laying in the bushes beside the offramp, authorities said. The man, who was only identified as 25 years old, was found in an area with heavy brush around 7 p.m. The citizen had been walking to the Temecula Parkway when he spotted the man, the California Highway Patrol said in a release. CHP officers responded to the scene and launched an investigation. There were no "obvious indications" of foul play at the scene, officials said. Temecula area CHP officers were conducting a death investigation. Anyone with information regarding this incident was urged to call CHP at 951-506-2000.
