Press release from the City of Portland: April 14, 2022 Moulison Heavy Electrical will be doing signal and curb work at the intersection of Stevens Avenue and Congress Street the nights of Monday April 18th and Tuesday the 19th from 7:30PM to 5:30AM. The changes here are part of a larger signal modernization project that will result in coordinated traffic signals along Congress Street from Stevens Avenue to Fore River Parkway. This work will result in some lane closures, but all movements will be allowed through the intersection. This press release was produced by the City of Portland.
