* Just trying to see if there's anyone out there with similar interests... - Mature male Guitarist looking for keys (synth), bass (fretless?), electric cello?, drums (jazz oriented, light touch/electronic/handsonic works). - My tastes range from blues, jazz, fusion, jazz rock, funk, ambient, experimental, classical and electronic. I play Guitars clean and with effects, guitar synth (gives me a lot of interesting options), and I can handle acoustic very well. I am an advanced player looking for the same. - I’d like to start with specific melodies and rhythms, original and some recognizable cover melodies. Improvise around them with each musician taking a turn at lead. Some background in jazz and improvisation is a must. Good listening skills and timing very helpful. - I don’t have a big enough space for a full band at this time due to volume restrictions. Open to traveling within reason, but would prefer to stay more local. Rehearse at least 1 night per week to start. Weekends could work too. - I’d like to hear some recordings of your playing, or, previous bands YouTubes. I will send a link to mine when we make first contact.
