MISSING, Please help. Bulldog female

HELP !!! This morning my dogs were let out in the back yard and the foster dog I have tore up the fence. She took off and my pup followed her. Rosebud is her name. The camera shows them crossing the road and splitting up around the neighbors house on the corner. The neighbor said she only saw the foster dog. I'm sick about my baby being gone. And since she wasn't supposed to be able to leave the fenced in yard, she didn't have a collar on. She's white with a darker right ear, and a faint dark spot over her left eye. She weighs 15-20 pounds and is a mini bulldog. If you believe you see her for sale here or any other site, please let me know. Please, if you got her, saw her, or saw someone else with her, please let me know. $500 reward for her return and I won't ask questions. The next car that came from the direction she went was a black sedan with chrome around the windows. I would like to speak to them if possible to see if they saw her or maybe picked her up thinking they were rescuing her. It would have been around 11 am March 16 at Opossum rd / Fowler Ford rd. Portland but since I think someone got her, she could be anywhere. 615-5zero9-0911
