2 Loving Chihuahua's need a new home

This is not easy for me to write but here it goes. As much as I love my 2 dogs, I need to find them a new home. I need to go home and be with my family. I won’t be able to take them with me. I have a lot of travel coming up in the near future and I do not know when I will be returning. I am looking for someone who wants two very calm house dogs. Baxter: Long-haired chihuahua 9 years old. Rescued him from Craigslist. He’s very active. Needs to go to the dog park or daycare a minimum of 3x a week to socialize. He gets depressed when he’s not social. Picky eater (most chihuahuas are)- I feed dry and wet food for him. (Rotate the wet food because he will go on hunger strike) Only eats soft treats. Allergic to chicken. Will typically eat 2x a day. He’s great with kids and most adults. He can be a little territorial on the leash. (If people try to pet him on the leash) Once he knows you, he’s a lapdog and lover. House trained, will never mark in the house, doesn’t chew on anything and will occasionally play with toys. Won’t chew on bones. Kennel trained but I never needed to use it. Healthy. Needs teeth cleaned and possibly teeth removed. Up to date with all shots. Cooper: Chihuahua/pug mix around 4 years old. Rescued him from Animal Foundation and he was a stray. He is very sweet and loving. All he wants to do is cuddle and sleep. He enjoys the dog park but will typically stay by my side most of the time. He likes to watch everything. Diet -Same as Baxter. Picky eater but will eat when he’s hungry. Usually only 1x a day. No allergies. Will usually eat when he feels safe, by himself. Healthy. His teeth are pretty good. Could use a good cleaning as well. The only shot he needs is bordetella. House trained and won’t mark unless there are already markings from another dog. Loves to chew on bones. Never had any issues with chewing anything else up. Kennel trained but never needed to use it. Cooper is great with everyone. He doesn’t like to be picked up (trauma from the streets) but once he trusts you, he’s a lover and snuggle partner.
