Spring Recycling Drop-Off Event On Saturday, April 16 from 8 a.m. to noon, drop off appliances, electronics, power equipment, furniture, mattresses, box springs, exercise equipment and tires to be recycled at the City's Yard Waste Site. The event is open to Eden Prairie residents only with a valid ID for proof of residency. Learn more about Eden Prairie's 2022 recycling and disposal events at edenprairie.org/RecyclingEvents.
Mayor's Challenge for Water Conservation Mayor Ron Case is challenging Eden Prairie residents to conserve water, energy and natural resources by participating in the Mayor's Challenge for Water Conservation. Throughout April, residents can pledge to take a series of simple water-saving actions on behalf of Eden Prairie. Learn more and join the challenge at MyWaterPledge.com.
Park Clean-Up Day The City's Park Clean-Up Day is from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 23. The event is suitable for kids and adults, and it's a great outdoor activity for families and service groups. View the interactive map to locate an area that is accessible for cleaning, and sign up by Thursday, April 21.
Yard Waste Site Opening Soon The Eden Prairie Yard Waste Site will open for the season at 2 p.m. Friday, April 29. The site is open to Eden Prairie residents and business owners at no charge. Residents must bring a driver's license or utility bill with an Eden Prairie address for proof of residency. Landlords or business owners must bring a utility bill or business card with an Eden Prairie address. Review a list of accepted materials at edenprairie.org/YardWaste.
