EASTON, MA — Easton police are asking for the return of a gravity bike taken from a Summer Street home that may have been mistaken for a free item. Police said on Sunday afternoon the teen owner of the bike was left near a refrigerator marked "FREE" at the end of the driveway. Police said a security camera captured an adult man knocking on the door of house — perhaps to confirm the bike was a giveaway. "We can assure you it was not left out for free and it was taken in error," Easton police said. Easton police anyone who took the bike, or has information on who took the bike, contact them at 508-230-3322.
