Small horse property in Albuquerque south valley seeks reliable horse help in exchange for riding and/or lessons. Or a free-lease for someone who is a skilled rider and can ride alone. Fantastic for two riders of an intermediate riding level who want to ride together. There is Also a babysitter horse for a youth or light rider under 150#. Perfect for a parent wanting to teach your own child how to ride and can do so safely and by yourself in an emotionally appropriate manner. I am looking for help at least twice a week during the weekdays, mucking/feeding and help to tidy hay barn/tack room. Also great for someone seeking English riding lessons, you can use my horses but will pay the instructor directly. Ideal riders will be competent, reliable and independent. I am not interested in only once a week at this time: minimum of twice a week. I am also potentially looking for a FT horse/property attendant qualified in exchange for private living quarters in a small loft with bathroom/kitchen.
