Guitar player seeking another guitarist for trading of rhythm and leads. Starting with a mutual jam to see how we meld. Electric, acoustic, or both is good. My background of influences: *Rock music from the 60s's to 90's. Beatles, Zep, Floyd, Dead, Airplane, Allman Bros, Frampton, Joe Walsh, Santana, Sly and the Family Stone, Incubus, Alice in Chains, STP, Metallica, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Galactic, RHCP, Widespread Panic, Phish, String Cheese Incident,..... and lots of other stuff. *Blues music in general but mostly BB King and SRV, for a couple of main ones. *Non-traditional bluegrass/Jamgrass - Railroad Earth, Infamous Stringdusters, Bela Fleck, Sam Bush, Jerry Douglas, Leftover Salmon, Yonder Mountain String Band, Split Lip Rayfield, Whiskey for the Lady, Deadman Flats,....and so many more. *Other stuff - EOTO, Michael Franti, K Flay, Jack Johnson, Lotus, Particle, Chicago Afrobeat Project, Waylon Jennings, Jerry Reed, Dead Milkmen, Weird Al.....okay that's enough....lol So if you can relate with some of that, can play, go with the flow, improvise, use some structure, and wing it in general then let's get together for a private jam, a few beers, some laughs and see how things go. I do have some recordings of past performances but they're kinda old, and I play things a bit different now with a little more experience, knowledge, and better gear. So my sound has changed a little bit. If we find we're a good match I have no problem getting a few gigs together nearly immediately. Anyway - Cheers!
