I like to train outdoors. It would help with motivation to have a training partner or two. I have lots of equipment that I can bring to places like the parks, athletic fields, tennis courts, etc. I am not a personal trainer (and there is no cost) but I can show you my routine. I train with agility ladders, kettlebells, resistance bands, ropes, balance boards, jump ropes, sand bag, hurdles, fit decks. I also have routines that can be done on play grounds and hilly areas. My schedule is fairly flexible. I can start almost anytime of the day from early morning to early evening. Most sessions last around an hour with warm-up and cool-down. We can find a space with enough space.
Training can take place anywhere from Kennebunk to Scarborough
