Need 20x20 foot area dug down a few inches

I have a 20x20 foot area I am digging down to 9.25 inches with a slop of 1/8 inch per foot. It's for a paver patio. I have completed a significant part of the dig but need help getting down the last few inches. $350 or best proposal to get this paver area dug and properly sloped. This is a contracted job -- not employer/employee.
