I'm a GC that works with fix and Flip investors in the Columbus and the surrounding areas. Currently have access to more work than my current crews can handle. We desperately need electricians and plumbers. Preferably licensed but not required. Looking for flooring installers, baseboard installers, door installers, siding installers, window insatller, Painters, drywallers, cabinet installers, tile guys, finish work and punch out crews. Must have your own tools and truck Work is paid out every week, and is paid by the job (1099 sub contractor) (Check,zelle,cashapp, cash,etc) All work pricing would be established before you start a project, so you know exactly what your getting paid. Not looking for flakes, if you don't finish Your job you don't get paid. So if your a flake don't bother. If you can do good work, and are reliable send me an email with your name and phone number.
