Good person to perform grounds care+ on a (partially) wooded homesite of multiple acres adjacent to a National Forest and a stream. You'll care for or do any of the following (or all eventually)... Trees and plants (native and non), turf installation and maintenance, carpentry, painting, rocks and cement, occasional repairs in buildings and outdoors. Could possibly offer housing to someone but cash to start. Must be able to communicate in English. Must have vehicle. Best person who is clear headed, reliable, non addict, did i say reliable, on time always, communicative, HONEST, so forth, gets the job or gigs.
