Description

We are looking for a reliable maintenance/handyman and groundskeeper to ensure all short term vacation rental properties are well kept! Needs to have basic property maintenance skills including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry and electrical skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the below: -Repairing/resolving scheduled maintenance requests reported by team in a timely manner -Resolving maintenance issues reported by guests during their stay -Follows Get RED-y Standard to ensure below tasks are completed after check out and prior to check in: *Cleaning outdoor furniture and areas *Cleaning/maintaining gas grills *Maintaining Hot Tubs *Basic yard work- leaf blowing, watering plants, removing debris, etc. *Ensuring pathways, stairs, outdoor seating and other structures are clear/safe Position is part-time, with employees working anywhere from 12-24 hours per week. Position also requires employee to be on call for maintenance issues reported by guests during their stay.
