Cat in need of help

There is a very sweet friendly cat at the Home2suites Hilton hotel on 236 Hancock in Nulu. The cat is a little on the skinny side and it looks like his fur has been burnt or damaged. The cat is a tabby, I think male based on his larger head. The cat let me hold it and would make a wonderful pet! The hotel didn't seem to know anything about it. The cat stays in the back guest parking lot near the entrance. I would love to do more to help the cat but I'm from out of town visiting someone in the hospital If someone could please let me know they will help the cat I would be so grateful. Please let me know!
