Attic insulation - vacuum loose-fill, replace with spray or batts

Old 990 square foot home in South Tacoma. Loose-fill insulation in attic must be removed, vacuumed out. New insulation must be installed. Spray foam preferred, but batt insulation is okay, too. If I were to find a reasonable spray-foam contractor, I could use you for the crawlspace, too. I have batts of insulation I'd like to remove in favor of spray foam.
