Friends of the Modesto Library annual used book sale will be Saturday, May 7, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the portico outside the Modesto Library, 15th and I streets. We have thousands of books -- fiction, nonfiction for adults and children. Great prices. Proceeds benefit the Modesto library.
