Let's Start a YouTube Sketch Comedy Group

Hello, I'm Adam (29M) looking to create a sketch comedy group on YouTube. I have tons of ideas over the years that are inspired from personal situations and 'what if' moments. I enjoy humor from cartoon shows such as SpongeBob SquarePants to live action sitcoms such as Always Sunny in Philadelphia. This will basically be like a band except instead of musicians we are comedians so it's all volunteer work until we make money. Then we'd split it evenly. I'm looking for those who are interested in acting, writing, and can make time for recording/writing sessions. My plan is to have a reliable group of creatives that work well together, build up an audience, and to have equal ownership of our work. *Guest roles are more than welcome too but without the ownership.* If this sounds appealing to you then please let me know: What types of comedy are you into?
