If you or someone you know works for Shari's please tell them this: I came across their ad on Indeed. The ad stated they were looking for 5 people. I applied on Friday, April 8th. The following Monday I sent a follow up message. On Thursday I sent another follow up message after seeing the number had gone from hiring 5 to hiring 6. I never heard anything from them in that time until this morning. I received an email through Indeed that said they would not be moving forward with my application. Shari's might be hiring but managers aren't even calling people for interviews. Don't let them run you ragged because they don't want to put forth effort.
