Fix my fence!

I need an experienced person to remove 4 rotted posts, replace with new 4x4s (no concrete, tho), take down all existing stockade fencing, turn them around, and fasten them back to the posts. There are eleven 6'x8' stockade fencing panels...4 have already been removed. I say ‘experienced’ because the person who put up the fencing before put the cross pieces facing outward, when they should all be facing towards the property. I have the four new posts, screws, etc and will get any other materials needed. Add to the price the hauling away of all the rotted pieces and any concrete around them. If this fencing is done well, I have the other side of the yard I’ll want done a month or so later. A reference or two would be nice. Let me know your best price. Thank you.
