According to the interior dept. there are over 3000 leases that are not being drilled at this time...the oil companies have posted RECORD profits over the past few quarters. Their shareholders have told the board of directors of several of these companies (according the the required public records) not to increase production. Plus you have NO evidence of any price increases on any EXISTING LEASES. Stop being a parrot for right wing hate radio and Fox entertainment "news"
