Zeroscaping small front yard!

We need help with a small landscaping job close to the intersection of Circle & 24 in Colorado Springs. Our rental house recently had the water/sewer lines replaced and the entire front yard was dug up. The yard is now dirt and we'd like to put rock down. This is a very simple/practical job, we're not worried about it being pretty. The yard will require some leveling, then weed tarps will need put down, borders and then rock delivered/spread.
