Skippy is a three and a half year old purebred Jack Russel. I went to Texas to get him from a breeder. He is neutered. We live on a farm and I wanted him to be a critter killer and he is. He is so good at it that he has over 100 confirmed kills. Possums, squirrels, mice, rats, cats, and chickens. Unfortunately he has a mind of his own what he kills. He is a awesome cuddly lover dog. He needs to be somewhere where he will be walked, loved, and kept away from animals. He gets in a state of hyper excitement to kill. I considered building a run for him but no one will be happy like that. I need to have barn cats and chickens and turkeys without the threat of them being killled. I have taken him to obedience classes and he is trained but just needs to be a city dog or a dog on a cattle or corn farm. He would be great for that.I have him on a tie right now because we have baby chicks. He was lurking in the barn waiting for his chance. Last year he killed 25 month old hens.
