Rats and tree frogs

I need to rehome my 7 rats(4 girls, 3 boys) and 2 whites tree frogs. The cage for the rats is NOT available because I have them in a modified DCN and am not comfortable with letting mixed genders go to the same home. Food and other supplies will go with them though. The frogs will come with their tank and such though. I will have questions for you and possibly ask for proof of things to be sure they're going to good homes. The one rat Cheddar is a patchwork Dumbo so his fur is supposed to look like that. I will happily answer any other questions you may have and send more pictures.
