Caulking and prep

Need someone to caulk in seams, Soffit and trim on house. I already have all caulking and caulk guns on hand. If you're not experienced please don't reply. If you reply and say you're experienced and get here and obviously aren't and not doing a satisfactory job, you'll be sent home without pay and trespassed if need be. If you don't have transportation please don't reply. If you can't work immediately please don't waste your time or mine. I'm not looking for someone to bid a job, I need someone to come work for $16 an hour to start, not be on your phone on my time, no drinking or drugs on job, no one driving you and waiting here until you're done, I don't care if you get dropped off and picked up later but they can't be on property while you're working at all. I don't need 2 or 3 or 4 people, I need one who will work and knows how to run a clean caulking line. It may turn into more work for the right person. If you say you're going to be here and don't show up or make an excuse why you can't be here, you're all done, everyone has a reason why they can't do what they said they would and I'm all set on excuses. It's hard to find someone to work nowadays but it is what it is and although I'd like help I'm content to do it myself if I don't find the right one. Please reply with contact number and what makes you qualified to run a decent caulk line and how soon you can be here. No working tomorrow on Easter thank you please.
