We are a Masonary company looking for a reliable deadline driven Worksite Supervisor to oversee Masonary projects and monitor activities at worksites. The position is a working supervisor with a small portion of Admin work. Supervisor must ensure health and safety codes are observed and that work is completed on schedule. Worksite supervisor will be in charge of monitoring performance and making recommendations for improvement. You must ensure that the projects stay within budget and that materials and equipment are available to workers. Job Requirements and Qualifications: Experience in construction industry and working with a team required Ensuring team works together to deliver quality work Must be Bilingual in order to communicate with Customers and workers Great leadership and follow up skills as well as excellent time management skills Must posses excellent customer service skills as you will be communicating directly with customers at jobsites. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation as some jobs will require getting material to worksites and traveling to multiple sites as required Submitting receipts and invoices to the office to keep track of spending Must be fluent in Spanish with the ability to translate as you will have to translate work duties/requests to workers
