Position requirements: High level of integrity and honesty Clean MVR and a current valid driver’s license The utmost ability to communicate clearly High level of organization Ability to work outdoors Ability to lift heavy items (up to 80lbs) and perform manual labor Experience working on pools is not required as we are willing to train in house Presentable for our high end and discerning clients Specifications: Tear down old decks Dig holes manually as well as with equipment Haul dirt and concrete Mix and pour concrete Move and stack materials Assist in lifting and installing deck materials Use hand tools and power tools Layout footings, framing, decking and railings Frame decks with little supervision needed Install deck boards with little supervision needed Install railings with little supervision needed Power wash and clean decks Maintain a clean workspace Read and understand blueprints Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) CDL A (Preferred)
