Don't be so indignant by claiming innocence.
People get flagged for "selling babies". If you sell kittens/puppies, YOU ARE A BREEDER.
You don't have to be selling AKC, etc to be a BREEDER.
Sometimes they are flagged for not giving all the information (Always specify the fee)
If it is small, then you will stand a better chance of NOT getting flagged.
ALWAYS get the females fixed. Too many die in shelters.
