PLEASE DO NOT KITNAP KITTENS! There have been several posts of found kittens. Unless they are in imminent danger please leave them alone until a rescue can help! Mom is often gone for hours searching for food. You can dust a bit of flour around the babies to see if there are any footprints from mom. Too many kittens are being taken without searching for their mother. She will need to be trapped and kittens placed with her as this is their best chance at survival. There just are not enough bottle baby feeders available to care for them! Mom's will go right back into heat and have another litter as well! People also search this and other sites looking to get their hands on them to use for bait or to resell at this age, even newborns!
