why is the Shitz Tzu being flagged?

to whomever is flagging the Shih Tzu needs a home? I tried to edit the thing, a "small" rehome fee.. what is reasonable? I don't know. is 50 bucks okay? doing this as a favor, the original owner was going to have him euthanized. I persuaded her to give me a chance to reach out.. dog needs a chance. I listed him twice. first time, I was flagged, I tried to go EDIT the adopt fee as I was guessing it was too much. I really don't know. second time I listed (today) I put 50 bucks. the little guy's life is now going to be extinguished, how can I get this little guy's face out there with an HONEST description of him. and why are all the other dogs on CL still out there? they are not being re moved or flagged. if there is not one person willing to adopt him and work with a trainer to work on his resource guarding it's on you.
