MILFORD, CT — A motor vehicle accident on Interstate 95 northbound between exits 37 and 38 caused delays this morning. The accident was reported just before 7 a.m. and it involved one vehicle, according to the state Department of Transportation. Initially only one lane was open and delays stretched back two miles but as of 8 a.m. only one lane was closed.
