Found this little girl puppy wondering around. She has a little blue collar with a bell. Just trying to find the owner if not just a good home for her to go to. I can’t keep a dog right now I live in an apartment & have a 1 month old new born at home. So if someone can help me & get her of my chest that would be nice. I had her one night & left her there in the little basket & she did not cry or get out at all.
