WANTED: Female Singer Who Can Belt Out the Blues

We're putting together a new band. All that's missing is you! We're all seasoned musicians with many decades of experience doing the blues thing, and we're in need of someone who can front the band. Don't care who old you are, where you're from, what you look like, etc. - all we require is that you be reliable, dependable, have transportation and willing to work hard in team atmosphere. Drama is left at the door. Druggies and drunks don't need to apply. Stage experience may not necessarily be an issue; it depends on whether you do the blues justice - and what I mean is that you just don't sing a song. You've got to put your heart and soul into it. If you've ever sung lead/solo in a gospel choir you're probably close to what we need. The plan is to do several regional gigs a month in the area initially once we're ready, and FYI all $$ are evenly split. If you want to find out if this is for you - send us an audio or video of you performing some blues. Doesn't have to be professional. It could be from your cell phone - but it does have to be good enough for us to see/hear you strut your stuff.And we encourage you to ask questions!
