Forming Modern Progressive Rock band

Description

Putting together a Modern Progressive Rock band with influences like Porcupine Tree, Pineapple Thief, Amplifier, Riverside, Karnivool, Oceansize, as well as pulling influence from bands like Tool, Deftones, QUOTSA, Failure, and Perfect Circle (specifically not Yes, Genesis, Dream Theater... all great bands, but not looking for that level of pretentiousness). Looking for musicians who are not stuck in the 70s/80s (no offense to anyone into all that... great bands from both eras...just not looking to stay in those eras). Looking to do originals, but start off with some covers to gel players and styles. Can't be afraid of technology, willing to use and learn modern tools and equipment (Click tracks, amp modeling, synthesizers, etc.) If you're stuck in the mentality that you can't achieve tone without using a 100 watt Tube amp and cant imagine playing direct from a modeling amp (Kemper, Quad Cortex, etc.) it probably wouldn't be a great fit. Looking to experiment with effects and sounds so explorers are welcome. Players in their 30s-50s that can commit to one day per week for rehearsal Fri, Sat or Sunday for 2-3 hours and potentially 1-2 gigs a month once we've got enough songs together. I have rehearsal space, full PA, Mics, cables, and amp modelers (specifically Quad Cortex and Kemper) as well as a SansAmp for a bassist to use. Will eventually have a drum kit here as well, however for now you would need to bring your own kit (acoustic or electronic). Looking for a singer (Male or Female and not a screamer), Drummer, Bassist, and Lead Guitarist. Be a good musician who can handle your instrument and can read tablature or chord charts. Not looking for anyone who will respond and email but never show up or follow through. If you're thinking I am being overly specific, I you're not starting off with the right understanding of where want to land it's far less likely to get anywhere.
