COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Streamline Construction is a fast-growing general contracting/remodeling company. Our typical scope of work is large remodels and custom home building. We are seeking a well-rounded, and self-motivated worker. This position will be based in Mission Viejo with jobs located throughout Southern Orange County. JOB DUTIES: -Perform a range of physical/manual labor duties including, but not limited to, working with other trades, and completing miscellaneous labor work as needed -Transporting materials/supplies in a company vehicle -The position may operate a variety of hand tools and may clean and prepare sites, clean up rubble and debris, and remove waste materials to eliminate possible hazards, operating a company vehicle to transport materials and clean job sites -The position may assist other craft workers -Maintain a clean jobsite free of tripping hazards and unnecessary obstacles. REQUIREMENTS: -Minimum of 2 years of construction experience -Ability to read, write and speak English. -Must have the ability to understand and abide by Company policies and safety rules. -Individual must be responsible, self-motivated, ready to work -Must be able to maintain communication with supervisors of job status and current assigned responsibilities. -Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment -Must have reliable Transportation -Must have clean driving record/ California driver's license -Ability to pass Criminal Background Check & Drug Screen -Must Be eligible to work in the U.S. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: -The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job -Capable of lifting 50 pounds and performing vigorous, physical labor -The position requires walking and standing for long periods of time and performs physical labor under field conditions -Must be able to bend, squat and kneel THIS IS A W-2 POSITION NOT A 1099 DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour PLEASE SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED.
