MILFORD, CT — A Milford nurse was recently disciplined and fined by the state Board of Examiners for Nursing for photographing and sharing photos of a juvenile patient without consent, according to the Connecticut Health I-Team. Bonnie Phillips of the Connecticut Health I-Team reports Sara Scobie's practical nurse license was placed on probation for a year and she was fined $500 by the board.
