LOST black & white terrier dog

Please HELP. Our dog, SKY is about 14lbs, black & white with a long tail. She was wearing a harness (pictured) with a leash attached. She's afraid of the wind and is trying to find her way home. We're afraid her leash will get caught on something and she won't be able to make her way home. She was last seen near Mountain Shadow Way & Twin Star Rd - off of San Rafael Dr / Sunrise Way.
