Betta Fish - Fin Rot Needs Care

Hello, We will be moving in June and we unforutnately will not be able to take our 1 y/o Red Roundtail Betta with us. He has been dealing with some fin rot that is getting progressively worse and we have tried everything short of medication, but no longer can afford to continue and also get ready to move. He is happy and lively, he will come with his 11L tank w/ filter, extra sand and deco and freeze dried bloodworms. Please text for pics. Super small rehoming fee that we can work out - can bounce back from this with someone who has Betta-keeping experience. Located in Irvine.
