MILFORD, CT — A Seymour man, William McClain, 23, of Oakwood Drive, is accused of exposing himself to two young victims, police said. Police said they responded to Target, 1201 Boston Post Road, Tuesday on a report of a man exposing himself. Police said McClain is accused of exposing his genitals to two young victims, and he was found a short distance away and taken into custody, police said. He is charged with risk of injury, breach of peace and public indecency. He was given a court date of Dec. 28.
