Cut grass, bag yard waste 1/month Prefer no gas mowers/blowers

I'm looking for someone who can reliably show up once a month at my house in Aina Haina to mow my lawn and bag up leaves and such. Additional jobs could be added as they come up. Trimming. Hauling. My preference is for someone with an ELECTRIC mower/weed whacker and blower. Or someone who is willing to rake cause I can't stand the gas yard equipment. I may purchase these if no one has. Pay range would be $60-80 estimating about a 3-4 hour job at $20/hr Yard spans over three levels- a small ground floor yard space off my carport. Main yard in photo. And up the hillside from the main yard there is another small flat area that need mowing and maintenance.
