SageBilt is a specialty renovation company that performs hurricane strap and concrete spall repairs in residential communities across Hawaii. We are currently hiring FIELD TECHNICIANS with at least 2+ years of trade experience. We are seeking skilled tradesmen who are familiar with all phases of Stucco/Sto systems repairs and installation. Every team member must be capable of working in an occupied residential environment and be able to follow all work site rules such as no littering, no smoking, no radios, friendly attitude toward residents and respect for homeowners' property. We E-Verify, and criminal background check all employees. CORE DUTIES: • Professional presentation and conduct at all times while working on client homes • Effective communications of project progress across to team members, leaders, and clients • Maintain and uphold company quality and safety standards at all times • Stucco repair, installation, and repair of Sto systems • Other general repairs as needed TO JOIN OUR TEAM, YOU MUST: • Be over 18 and able to work legally in the U.S.A • Have a strong work ethic, integrity, and sense of personal accountability • Be able to work independently as well as in a dynamic team environment • Possess strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills • Present yourself with a professional appearance and demeanor • Have a willingness to work hard all day, every day • Possess a clean background • Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test • Possess necessary hand tools required for the role • Be able to reliably get to and from the job site daily PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Possess a desire to learn and improve technical skills • Have experience working in occupied residential projects • Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of stucco repair • Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in stucco repairs (and experience working with Sto systems) • Attention to detail and high level of craftsmanship to ensure quality workmanship • Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work • Possess a valid driver's license and good driving record • Possess a reliable form of transportation • Drywall & Carpentry Experience is a PLUS SageBilt IS PROUD TO OFFER: • Hourly pay with no-cap incentives • Great hours (No weekends, no late nights) • Paid vacation • Medical, dental, vision, short term disability and life insurance benefits • Valuable on-the-job training • Long-term opportunity for career growth and professional development SageBilt is an equal opportunity employer.
