U.S.Art Company seeks a full time summer help maintenance facility candidate. This person must be highly motivated, dependable person with diverse skills and a strong work ethic. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Daily janitorial and restocking duties • Maintain exterior and interior property including landscaping • Warehouse work including receiving deliveries and operation of forklifts • Miscellaneous cleaning, painting, refinishing, and repairs • Must be comfortable working with a variety of hand and power tools • Duties, responsibilities, and activities change daily. Ability to adapt a must • Working independently and team settings The ideal candidate will possess a “can-do attitude”, be able to follow direction, have good problem-solving skills and be a detail-oriented person. Applicants must be able to do heavy physical work and have the ability to lift, climb, bend, stoop, crawl, crouch, kneel, stand, twist, and lean. This is a hands-on position in which you must be open to learning new skills. Candidate needs to possess good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
