Join us for the 17th Annual Anthony Colosimo Golf Outing benefitting the Quaker Valley Rotary Foundation! Proceeds from the event will go towards the Foundation's Scholarship Fund, providing college scholarships and other awards to students within the Quaker Valley School District area. Individuals, Teams, and Sponsorships are available. Please continue to registration for options and details. Itinerary: 8:00 am Registration, Coffee, and Donuts 9:00 am Shotgun Start. Scramble Format. Foursome plays best ball every shot. 2:00 pm Lunch Prize Holes: Closest to the Pin Holes: No. 4, 6, 11, and 18. Longest Drive: No. 15 Longest Putt: No. 9 Second Shot Closest to the Pin: No. 7 Scholarship Fund Information: The Quaker Valley Rotary started our Scholarship Fund in 1990 to recognize students in the twelfth grade for improving their academic skills over their freshman year. Since then, approximately 42 students have benefitted from this program with college scholarships in excess of $50,000. In conjunction with this program, we started our Student of the Month Award in 1998 for freshman students. Since then, 169 student have earned this award and have receive $21,000 in United States Savings Bonds or cash. The Quaker Valley Rotary Foundation firmly believes in supporting the young people in our community. We are a 501c3 organization with the Internal Revenue Service.
