I am music producer/audio engineer & songwriter & plan on moving to NYC in June in hopes of furthering my music career (I also have a regular job with stable income as well lol). I am looking for a room to rent for $650 or less with utilities included. My ideal roomate is someone who is LGBTQ & 420 friendly & also comfortable with African spirituality practices. Preferably looking to stay in the Harlem/Manhattan area as it is easier for transportation for me tho I’d consider Brooklyn as well.
