We are a small condo community of 7 buildings located in Deerfield Beach. Looking for someone 40 hours - Full Time - Monday through Friday. Compensation based on experience. Must have your own car and tools. Can start immediately. RESPONSIBILITIES: Must have knowledge of electrical and plumbing. Need to be able to: use a power washer, leaf blower, clean out gutters, inspect roof removing branches and leaves, inspect and maintain roof vent pipes as needed, maintain lawn sprinklers, test and maintain emergency lights in all buildings, test all outside lights and change bulbs as needed, maintain 3 water fountains, clean all BBQ grills, maintain all common areas of community.
